A real one! I think I had to download this for a play-for-cash apps, since deleted, but I find myself returning to this one time and time again. There are ads but they're not terrible, one every few levels and if you want shuffles, hints, or undos. I like the basic options to customize the board and tiles but wish there were just a few more gameplay options like removing the 4 tile hand, zooming in, or preventing hints altogether. Just small stuff, it's perfect otherwise.

I have completed over 380 levels in this mahjong tile game. I like the pleasant water sounds with birds but the ads in this game are over the top obnoxious, repetitive and LONG. I have to watch a long ad after completing each level, for some other stupid game I have no interest in, then I also have to play its dumb sample for ANOTHER 5-10 minutes to advance to the next level. then to get the next level to play, I have frequently had to repeat the same ads for each 5-8 levels. I'm uninstalling.

I love this game, but hate, hate, HATE (!!!!!) the repetitive, annoying ads. I see that an ad-free version is available, but it doesn't give enough info about it... Is that a one-time purchase for $5.99 USD? Or, is it a recurring charge? More transparency and upfront info is needed to make a decision to pay for it or not. I've been burned by deceptive advertising on apps before, and found out that it was non-refundable. Tell us the truth upfront, please.

A very easy game to pick up and put down, easy to understand. If you are worried about being bombarded with Ads, you don't have to worry. they only play in between a completion of a level, or if you need to restart a failed level. I avoid it all together by closing the app and opening it again. I am bit upset that after I watched an optional add to get more shuffles I never got the extra. Not a deal breaker, just something to be on the look out for.

Contrary to the description, THIS GAME DOES HAVE ADS and lots of them. I could see watching ads for in-game purchases, but this "ad free" game makes me watch an ad between each puzzle, or I can't continue playing. That's not my idea of an ad free game. It's a good game. I enjoy it. I took away 2 stars just because this game isn't ad free as was claimed. Edit: Thanks for making it clear in your reply that we must watch ads to play your ad free game. Dropping to 1 star.

It said no annoying ads when I downloaded, then I hit level 30, bam... ads before every level. I want to play, not spend 30 seconds watching an ad, then close it, only to have to watch a teaser screen for the advertised game, close it and spend another 10 seconds waiting for the final close. Ridiculous. I thoroughly enjoyed it until then. Disappointing.

I have totally enjoyed this game for a few years now. It would have a 5star review until recently. The new game version is a competition one you have to play a lot to stay on top. It is fine, but is the only choice. If I don't play for hours, or miss a few days I drop in ranking. But if I just want to play a few rounds it is the only choice. Before we had other versions to play. The one a day was great when you only have a few minutes to play. I hope they add more versions back.

I would have given this a five-star a while ago, but this has become another game where they continually put blockages and things in the way to make the game more difficult to play in hopes of having you spend $ for the helps. I'm not here for that. I just want to match my tiles. It makes me sad. If you want to have these things, make an optional side game, for just basic matching. Uninstalling. I'll look for a basic mahjong, only match tiles game. Thank you.

This should be a 5 star review. I love playing this game and have been playing for a while. I paid for ad free but that just means you don't have ads between games. I don't mind watching ads to activate the magnet so I don't have to use power ups. Not a 5 star rating because the ads have become soooo long. They used to be fairly short but now they are at least a minute. Some you to watch the same 15-30 seconds 2 and 3 times then multiple clicks and more waiting to get out of it. Frustrating.

I hate the updates! this is supposed to be relaxing. But it's not! Why!? Because they have changing all the stuff that made it fun! 1. I really don't care about the whole IQ thing and I should have the option, If I want to play with the four tiles at the top or the original way. not only that, what happened to all the other cool tile explosions, there was water, wood, pink bubble thingies, stone. pluse I don't want to play HARD 4-5 times in a row!

Cory Chandler

this is a great game and i love the levels up that you can achieve. This keeps you coming back to play and keep your ratings high so you're in silver, bronz or gold with several levels in each of those. Now I would have given it a 5 star rating but, after hitting the top in the Gold level the game became glitchy at around 110 games. then I lost the score board and ranking for a few days. Now thats back but I had to start all over in level silver. Now I'm in gold level for the last 3 level up.

Eileen Holloway

What started out as a fun, relaxing game has become a bit too challenging. Since the most recent update, every level is hard or super hard making it almost impossible to win a level without the help of a boost. While I do not mind a challenging level, I don't understand why every level has to be this difficult now. The ads are too long and most of the time, the game resets and I do not receive the rewards for watching the ads. Hope the team will consider this in the future.

Bruce Dries

So far I'm enjoying it. except for the hints. Why isn't there an option to turn the hints off? Sometimes I just want to take my time and not feel rushed and just enjoy the game. I'll play a few more levels and see what I think, but I'm hoping it's more than just playing mahjong. Because there are other games for that without holding my hand. Being senior doesn't mean we're stupid. [edit] Revised rating down. Played 10 levels and nothing at all like the ad game, just regular mahjong.

L. Stanley

This game was fine for awhile but the higher you go the more ads appear. It only took me a minute or so to clear a level but then I have to sit thru an ad after every single level. I absolutely understand having ads to make money but it's just plain greedy to have one or two ads after every single level. I only play this to kill time here and there so I'm not about to pay to play. This will now be uninstalled and never thought about again. ✌️

I've been playing this game since before they changed the format and I loved it, was addicted to it. Now, it's no longer enjoyable due to ads after every single play and never short ones anymore. They're long and always the same. I think Credit Karma must own it. Most of the boring ads are for them. I've been playing other Mahjong games with sorter ads. I know this review won't change anything but they asked me to review it!

Mary Lou Berg

Great game - but an ad every 3 moves is HORRIBLE. Didn't play for a while and came back to THE TRAY. I loved this game. Today, I am uninstalling it across ALL my devices. I dealt with the ads like others by restarting the game, but there's no way around the tray. it changed the game completely. It had been relaxing, but this is annoying. only 1 star for as I leave.

Ronnie Worley

I don't normally leave reviews on games, but I really enjoyed playing this mahjong app, it's play style is very fun! But my issue is that they keep adding more and more novelty aspects to it which makes the previously enjoyable game play kind of frustrating, especially when you have cleared 1,000+ levels and then all of the sudden they add hot pot blockades for some reason??? I know this app is meant to be gimmicky with the whole 'are you Einstein level?' stuff but it's frustrating

Kuipo Espejo

If only I could rate as a ZERO!!! Crying deeply 💔😭 What used 2 be the best, relaxing, well deserving game play has now become un-enjoyable, annoying, frustrating & not worth wasting another second playing. I miss everything about the old version including the daily calendar. We had options of game play with loads of different challenges. Now there's only one with the stupid IQ with the four tiles at the top & very little rewards plus LOADS OF ADS &the impossible reach for the top. Farewell 👋

Lisa Coleman

I loved this game until the recent changes ruined it for me. Unless you play 24 hours a day to keep above the demoted level, you will be demoted daily. Also, all the shuffles, hints and reverses I had accumulated after months of playing are gone, trying to maintain the higher levels. Today I noticed I was not even given chances to earn any help by watching ads. Something is not right when a new game starts and the No. 1 player is instantly at 380 and I play for hours and can't catch up. I'm out!

Hello! I've been playing this game since 2024 and found it initially very relaxing and addicting. Fast forward to May 2026, I've reached level 23200, have won 1st place 306 times (my goal is to hit 365) and accumulated a crazy amount of reshuffle, hints and recently, about 200 times to redo. Unfortunately, as many have stated, there are just too many ads in between the game levels. Now only in "League" format, the game has lost that "relaxing" nature that I enjoyed the most. Moving on soon.
